Combining traditional Cretan stonework with a comfortable modern layout, this detached villa enjoys a peaceful setting in **Neo Chorio, Apokoronas**, with beautiful views of the mountains, surrounding countryside, and distant sea.

Arranged over two levels, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, alongside a double bedroom and guest bathroom. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms share a family bathroom, while a generous terrace offers an inviting spot to unwind and take in the views.

**Currently under construction**, the villa gives its future owner the opportunity to shape the interiors, with a choice of tiles, kitchen, bathroom fittings, and finishing materials to suit their personal style.

The private enclosed garden provides space for outdoor dining, landscaping, and parking, with room to add a swimming pool and create a welcoming setting for life outdoors.

Within easy reach of the village’s tavernas, cafés, shops, and everyday amenities, and approximately a 10-minute drive from the sandy beach of Kalyves, this property is well suited to a permanent home, holiday retreat, or rental investment.
